When you rent a locker or make a reservation, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, cruise/visit details, and payment information necessary to process your booking.

We use your information to process reservations, operate and unlock your locker, provide customer support, send your reservation confirmation and locker PIN, and — where you have provided your mobile number — to send a one-time SMS inviting you to review your experience. We do not use your phone number or email address for marketing.

By providing your mobile number at our kiosk or during booking, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Port Lockers, including a one-time review request after your visit. Message frequency is limited. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use your email address only to send you booking-related messages: your reservation confirmation today, and, in the future, your locker PIN. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
