These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Port Lockers services, operated by Innavisio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at Celebration Key, Freeport, Grand Bahama. By renting a locker or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
Locker rentals
Lockers are rented for the duration of your port visit. You are responsible for retrieving your belongings before your ship departs. We are not responsible for items left beyond the rental period.
Payment & refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking or rental. Reservation pricing is shown before you confirm. Contact us regarding any refund or billing questions.
Acceptable use
Lockers may not be used to store hazardous, illegal, perishable, or dangerous items. We reserve the right to refuse service or open a locker where safety or legal concerns arise.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related SMS from Port Lockers, including a one-time review request after your visit. Message frequency is limited; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Email communications
If you provide your email address, we use it only to send booking-related messages — your reservation confirmation and, in the future, your locker PIN. We do not send marketing email and will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the rental.
