SMS Opt-In & Consent

Port Lockers (operated by Innavisio LLC) provides self-service luggage lockers to cruise guests at Celebration Key, Freeport, Grand Bahama. This page shows exactly how guests opt in to our text messages and what messages we send. Our texts are strictly transactional — we never send marketing or promotional messages.
The consent screen guests see
Before any message is sent, the guest enters their own mobile number and checks the consent box below — at our on-site kiosk or during online booking. If the box is not checked, no text is sent.
Enter your mobile number
This is the same consent checkbox guests interact with at the kiosk and during online booking. Consent is required and is never pre-checked.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box shown above, at our self-service kiosk or during online booking. You may also text the keyword START to re-subscribe after opting out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Messages you'll receive
Only transactional, one-time messages tied to your visit:
- A one-time locker PIN when you request a self-serve locker (used to open and reopen your locker that day).
- A one-time review request after your visit.
We do not send marketing, promotions, or recurring campaigns.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency is limited — typically one or two messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out and help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance, or email info@portlockers.com. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Port Lockers: your locker M12 PIN is 483920. Use it at the kiosk to open and reopen your locker today. Reply STOP to opt out.
